WhoRunsGov.com offers a unique look at the world of Washington through its key players and personalities. Our site features profiles of prominent government officials, including members of the Obama administration, U.S. lawmakers and governors, senior congressional aides and committee staff, lobbyists and experts at think tanks and interest groups who comprise the world of unofficial Washington. In January 2009, the site launched in beta form as a reference source of political profiles. In September 2009, it evolved into a "moderated wiki" in which the public was invited to add profiles and update existing content. All user-generated content is reviewed by an in-house editorial team before being published.
