Hillary Clinton, one of the Democratic aspirants for the US presidency has gone through a rough political summer after getting negative ratings in the New York polls for the first time. Hillary Clinton represented New York as a Senator for eight years.
According to the polls, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, the former first lady was viewed unfavorable by around 51% of the voters compared to the 46% who see her in a favorable light. The survey was revealed at the new Siena College. The change is from 56 % favorable ratings and 405 unfavorable ratings which she had garnered in the same survey back in July.
However, Clinton is still being viewed positively by around 70% of the Democrats according to the latest polls. The polls which indicated a similar trend as her national numbers even to the state she represented between 2001 and 2008 does not however give positive indications to her quest in winning the 20016 elections. The drop is attributed to her suffering after summer questions about her use of the private email server during her reign as the secretary of state.
However, she is still ahead of her two Democrats Vice President Joseph Biden and Senator Bernie Sandors.
