According to Politico, GOP front-runner Donald Trump blamed Democratic party top candidate, Hilary Clinton for the rise of ISIL and the Syrian civil war. He said this as he appeared on “Fox News Sunday” leaving the host Chris Wallace in shock. He claimed Hilary “killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity.”
“She is the one that caused all this problem with her stupid policies.”
Trump said: “You look at what she did with Libya, what she did with Syria. Look at Egypt, what happened with Egypt, a total mess. They don’t back — we don’t back any of our allies. You look, she was truly, if not one of the worst secretary of states in the history of the country. She talks about me being dangerous. She’s killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity.”
“What do you mean, hundreds of thousands?” Wallace responded. “She was secretary of state. Obama was president, the team,” Trump said. “Two real geniuses.”
In September, relying on data from a non-governmental organization, the New York Times reported 200,000 people had died in the Syrian civil war. Clinton was one of the more hawkish members of President Barack Obama’s national security team when it came to Syria, arguing that the United States should have armed moderate rebel groups earlier in the conflict.
Trump continued with the American consulate crisis in Benghazi.
“Look at Benghazi, our ambassador. He wired her five or six hundred times asking for help. She’ll take her friend’s call every time. Hillary Clinton doesn’t have the judgment. She doesn’t have the strength or the stamina to be president. She will be a terrible president. And I think I’ll win.”
