Donald Trump Seeking Iowa Social Conservatives validation

Stepping into the stage to address around 1000 Iowa Christian conservatives during a fundraising dinner in Des Moines, Republican Presidential aspirant Donald Trump said,” I brought my bible.”

Donald Trump, a New York business man also tried to defend himself against the Muslim controversy which has dogged him since Thursday last week. Donald Trump is said to have failed to correct one of the supporters who said, “Muslims are a significant problem in this country” and that President Barrack Obama is not an American. The incident happened during one of his campaign rallies in New Hampshire.

Speaking to the audience during one of the dinners which was organized by one of the Iowa leading social conservative, Donald Trump said, “This the first time I have caused such a controversy by deciding not to say something.”

Donald Trump kept asking his audience for validation which was received with mild applause.

Later, Trump said,” This is the most important part of this room. Christians… I’m a Presbyterian, do you trust me? You all need support in this country and all around the world. One of the first tasks of my administration will be to preserve and protect religious liberty.”
